• Orion, based in Toronto, Canada, provides spatial integration consulting, software, and implementation services for global customers who have a growing need for innovative, web-based, platform-neutral geospatial solutions to efficiently integrate their GIS resources to meet the information needs of their constituents. Now Orion is known as Rolta Canada Limited.
• TUSC (The Oracle Experts), based in Chicago, USA, is an Oracle consulting and managed services company providing integrated functional and technical solutions to customers. TUSC holds a global reputation as a source of unsurpassed expertise in high-end consulting for large-scale Oracle ERP applications, Oracle Fusion Middleware development, Business Intelligence and core Database Technologies. Now TUSC is known as Rolta TUSC, Inc.
• WhittmanHart Consulting, based in Chicago, USA, provides technology consulting and solutions for Business Intelligence focused on the Oracle's Hyperion software technology. This has been merged with Rolta TUSC, Inc.
• Piocon Technologies Inc, based in Chicago, USA, provides Business Intelligence solutions for critical equipment reliability and operational intelligence of Owner-Operators, for operations in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Mining, Power, Pharmaceuticals and Nuclear Power industries, ensuring cost savings and high returns on infrastructure investments. This has been merged with Rolta TUSC, Inc.

Rolta-TUSC received 2008 Oracle Titan Award – Winner of six prestigious Oracle Titan Awards over the years.

Rolta has launched Geospatial Fusion^TM, a unique solution that enables fusion of various disparate geospatial and non-spatial databases and software applications for generating real-time reports and immediate decision-making. The product was the result of an innovative blending of the capabilities of OnPoint^TM, iPerspective^TM and other business intelligence tools from our bank of intellectual properties.

Rolta has two joint ventures:

• Shaw Rolta Limited, a joint venture with The Shaw Group Inc. USA, provides comprehensive engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm) services to the power, oil, gas and petrochemical sectors
• Rolta Thales Limited, a joint venture with Thales, France offers leading-edge C4ISTAR information systems to the defense, homeland security and intelligence sectors.

Over the years, Rolta has successfully executed multi-million dollar contracts across a broad spectrum of industries in over 40 countries.
