Rolta TO ANNOUNCE FOURTH QUARTER AND ANNUAL RESULTS ON AUGUST 08, 2006
Mumbai, August 03, 2006 : Rolta India Limited, one of India's leading IT company which specializes in Geospatial Information System (GIS), Engineering Design Automation (EDA) and eSolutions (eS) will announce its results for the fourth quarter and the year ended June 30, 2006 on Tuesday, August 08, 2006 at 04:00PM (IST). The results will also be available on the Rolta web-site, www.rolta.com
The release will be followed by a conference call where Rolta's Joint Managing Director Mr. Atul D Tayal, and Mr. Hiranya Ashar, Senior Executive Director, Finance & Investor Relations will discuss the performance of the year. The call will be for a duration up to 90 minutes.
The call will be at 06:30PM IST (9:00PM in Hong Kong and Singapore, 2:00PM in London and 9:00AM in New York) on August 08, 2006.
