RoltaTel Plus, available for Rs. 9995/-, is a combination of a RoltaTel Internet Telephony card and a device known as a Yap Jack Plus (from Net2Phone of USA) that converts a normal call into an Internet Call. This device has to be connected to a regular telephone instrument; account details entered (the first time) and then make international calls, at substantially lower rates, at the press of a button.
