Overview

Rolta OneView™ is a web-based business intelligence application that empowers personnel to make on-time decisions at all levels of the organization.  Rolta OneView provides a platform to improve performance and overall operational effectiveness by aligning the work-process efforts of personnel with the goals of the business and provides a center for collaborative decision making leading to lower risk.  Rolta OneView establishes a cross-functional paradigm shift, uniting users around one view of their business.   Implementation of OneView is based upon the following methodology:

Phase 1 - Discovery Phase - As a first step in the OneView™ implementation methodology we will conduct a fast-paced discovery project phase which serves as the basis for all software deployment, customizations and consulting service efforts.  Rolta generally conducts this phase with the expectations that adjustments will be made to the original statement of work for resources and costs based on significant improvements in the SOW that are introduced by both Rolta and our client.

Phase 2 - Initiation / Design Phase - During the initiation / design phase, Rolta moves the project scoping efforts to design and delivery of a working solution.  Rolta aligns technical resources with Discovery findings to ensure successful project execution.  Rolta also formalizes all outstanding design details in concert with the client IT and user communities.

Phase 3 - Implementation Phase - Implementation is the project phase during which all of the software implementation, any customizations, and system integration work will be performed.  During this phase, Rolta deploys the OneView™ platform with dashboards as defined in the prior project phases. Standard and custom master reports will be created and verified along with the data model, standard and custom ETL connectors and workflow mappings will be completed based on the specifications developed during the discovery and initiation / design phases.  The security model will be developed and enforced during this phase.

Phase 4 - Stabilization Phase - The stabilization phase is a period during which user acceptance testing is performed and final issues are identified and addressed.  These may include issues from the client’s internal systems or technology architecture and any Rolta issues around the OneView™ solution.

Phase 5 - Production Phase - During the production phase on-going support of the implementation is provided.  Rolta focuses on knowledge transfer and training of client resources to fully support the newly implemented OneView™ solution.  Any additional support or training that is required over and above Rolta’s OneView standard software support, as requested by the client, will be made under a separate agreement.
